WATCH: Bruce Pearl praises Jared Harper’s incredible effort in OT win over UAB

The Auburn Tigers needed overtime to hold off a tough UAB team at home on Saturday night, but they managed to pull off a 75-71 victory thanks to the heroic efforts of Jared Harper.
Harper scored a game-high 31 points and scored 23 of the Tigers’ final 30 points to will his team to a big win.

“We’ve got Jared Harper and they don’t,” Pearl said. “That happens a lot of the time against a lot of people. We have him and they don’t.”
Harper hit a huge three-pointer at the end of the first half to give the Tigers a lead at the intermission, but saved his best for last down the stretch:

Auburn is No. 8 in the current AP Poll, and we’ll see how they fare when the new poll comes out this week.
