Maurice Linguist joins Mississippi State after having served as Iowa State’s defensive passing game coordinator. He takes over a talented group of safeties for the Bulldogs.
In addition to Iowa State, Linguist previously coached at Buffalo, James Madison, Valdosta State and Baylor.
He’s a former honorable mention All-Big 12 selection and an academic All-Big 12 honoree at Baylor University.
A graduate of the University of Florida and founder of Saturday Down South, Kevin is a college football enthusiast.
