UConn has dominated every team it has played thus far in the 2023 NCAA Tournament. Through 20 minutes of action against San Diego State on Monday night in Houston, the previous sentence is holding true.
The Huskies have jumped out to a big 36-24 lead over the Aztecs and have looked like their normal unbeatable selves.
As you might imagine for a game of this magnitude, that dominance from UConn has drawn plenty of reaction on social media.
Here are some of the top tweets from media members and college basketball fans after a big-time first-half performance from Dan Hurley’s crew:

UConn (4) in the last 30 years already has more titles than:
Duke (3)
Kentucky (3)
North Carolina (3)
Kansas (2)Huskies in that same span have *not qualified* for the tournament 10 times.
Whose last 30 years would you rather have?

November/December UConn magically re-appearing in March really took a lot of air out of this tournament.

It’s unreal how UCONN just bulldozed every team

My goodness, how did UConn not play well enough to be a No. 1 seed?! They must've found something at the exact perfect time.

UCONN men's basketball is so funny. Like once every 5-8 years they go nuts in March and the rest of the time you don't even have to give them the time of day https://t.co/LtPqOsFDh9

There is still a full half to go. But barring any miracles from the Aztecs, it will be hard to stop what appears to be an inevitable UConn run to the title.
Tune in to CBS to see what the second half has in store and what halftime adjustments SDSU coach Brian Dutcher has made.
