Missouri Tigers Odds vs Central Arkansas (Week 1)
Missouri opened the 2025 college football season on Thursday Aug. 28 vs. Central Arkansas.
Central Arkansas is an FCS program that finished 6-6 in 2024. The Bears didn’t play a power conference team in 2024, but in 2023, they fought Oklahoma State before losing 27-13.
Bet365 listed the Mizzou as a 36.5-point favorite. The Tigers easily covered the spread, winning 61-6.
Mizzou is 1-0 ATS in 2025.
Missouri Tigers vs. Kansas Odds (Week 2)
Mizzou vs. Kansas is one of college football’s best rivalries. After a relatively brief hiatus, the border rivals will renew the rivalry in 2025. It’s their first meeting since 2011, when Mizzou left the Big 12 for the SEC after the season.
Oddsmakers set this Mizzou football line for point spread and moneyline. Mizzou is a 6.5-point favorite vs. Kansas, via BetMGM. The over/under was set at 51.5.

The Battle of Columbia returned to The Rock as Mizzou defeated South Carolina 29-20 to win the Mayor’s Cup on Sept. 20, 2025.
Mizzou vs. South Carolina is a new rivalry. Mizzou leads the all-time series, but the Gamecocks won in 2024 and boast a Heisman Trophy contender in QB LaNorris Sellers.
Mizzou QB Beau Pribula has slowly worked himself into Heisman dark-horse territory, too. As of Sunday morning, Sept. 14, Pribula’s average Heisman odds were +2883.

Mizzou hit the road for the second consecutive week, this time traveling to Nashville to face QB Diego Pavia and the Vanderbilt Commodores.

Missouri Tigers vs Texas A&M Odds (Week 11)
Mizzou had a bye week in Week 10, so it had an extra week to prepare for the Aggies.
It didn’t help. Texas A&M easily covered the spread, winning 38-17 as true freshman Matt Zollers made his first career start in place of injured starter Beau Pribula.
Mizzou fell to 5-4 ATS in 2025.
Missouri Tigers vs Mississippi State Odds (Week 12)
