After decommitting from UK 2 days ago, talented DT Lamar Goods commits to Florida
It didn’t take Lamar Goods (Oakdale, Ct.) long to commit to the next college program.
On Friday, the 4-star DT committed to the Gators offers from Kentucky, Georgia and Michigan State, among others. The 6-foot-4, 290-pound lineman is ranked as the nation’s No. 31 overall DT and the state of Connecticut’s No. 5 overall prospect, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
Goods becomes Florida’s 14th commitment in the class of 2020 and the second DT, with 4-star Gervon Dexter. Goods took a visit to Florida last weekend while being committed to Kentucky. He decommitted the next day, and now, he’s a Gator.
