Hurricane Milton made landfall in Florida Wednesday night, leaving millions of residents without power. At least 5 residents were killed, according to a report from the Associated Press. The storm weakened from a Category 3 hurricane to a Category 1 as it moved through the state and then offshore, but flooding, tornadoes, and wind have caused severe damage across the state.

The roof was ripped off of Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg. A report from CNN cited an estimate between $30 billion and $50 billion in damages.

Florida is on the road this week, facing No. 8 Tennessee. Miami is on its bye week.

As of publication, no college football game had yet been canceled in the state. Florida Atlantic hosts North Texas on Saturday night in Boca Raton. South Florida hosts Memphis at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.
