Any team that has an iconic cheer, hand gesture or celebration is likely to have it mocked in defeat. One Florida Gators-affiliated social media account mocked an Auburn tradition to troll the Tigers after UF’s 24-13 win on Saturday in The Swamp.

Shortly after the Gators knocked off the Tigers, the official Twitter account (blue checkmark and all) for Florida mascot “Albert the Alligator” trolled Auburn’s “roll Toomer’s” celebration tradition of covering the trees at Toomer’s Corner in toilet paper.

It’s safe to say that the Toomer’s trees were lacking toilet paper after Auburn’s undefeated start to the 2019 college football season came to an end. With the SEC’s cross-division rotation model, Florida and Auburn aren’t set to meet again in the regular season in football until 2024. But the Gators and Tigers meet regularly in plenty of other SEC sports, so AU will presumably have a chance to get in a social media troll of UF at some point in the future.
