Tonight’s Florida-Missouri game was already interesting for several reasons.

The Gators have not played football for several weeks and just returned to practice on Monday after shutting down the program due to a spike in COVID cases on the team and in the coaching staff, while Missouri has won two games in a row after inserting redshirt freshman quarterback Connor Bazelak into the starting lineup.

Now we can add more intrigue to the game as Zach Abolverdi of Gators Territory is reporting that Florida willl be down multiple starters for the Missouri game:

Cornerback Marco Wilson and safeties Shawn Davis and Donovan Stiner are all unavailable for Saturday’s game, multiple sources confirmed to Gators Territory.

All three players have started for Florida’s defense this season.

Florida and Missouri are set to face off at 7:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. CT on the SEC Network Alternate channel.
