The Florida Gators are down a commitment after Wednesday night.
Three-star OT Jalen Goss decommitted from Florida. He’s rated as the No. 63 OT in the recruiting class and the No. 83 overall player in the state, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings. However, Florida recruited the 6-foot-5, 250-pound Goss as a tight end. Aside from Florida, Mississippi State is Goss’ only other SEC offer.
Following Goss’ decommitment, Florida has just eight commitments for the class of 2018.
Goss released a statement via his Twitter account.
