When the Florida Gators take on the red-hot Kentucky Wildcats on Saturday, they may have to do so without a key member of their secondary.

On Monday, coach Jim McElwain spoke with reporters, saying that CB Duke Dawson is highly questionable for Saturday’s game due to a head injury.

Also of note, McElwain said freshman WR James Robinson is going to see a heart specialist after being held out of Saturday’s game due to a problem with a recent heart scan:

Dawson’s loss would be a big one for the Gators, as the talented senior has already snagged two interceptions this season (one of which he returned for a touchdown).

Meanwhile, Robinson’s heart condition sounds like it might be more serious than it originally appeared, so hopefully the talented freshman can figure out what’s wrong quickly.
