Florida freshman WR Justin Watkins was arrested Tuesday for the second time in the last few months.

Watkins was arrested on four total charges — two misdemeanor counts of battery that caused bodily harm, a felony charge of kidnapping and false imprisonment and a felony charge of domestic battery by strangulation.

The arrest report was obtained by WCJB TV20, and the accusations are quite disturbing. The police report stated that Watkins intentionally struck a woman with both an open and closed fist on both sides of her head as he held her down on the bed. He also is accused of choking the woman multiple times while pinning her down. Watkins then blocked the exit and wouldn’t let the victim leave his dorm room. The woman had to spray Watkins with mace out of self defense. The report then says that Watkins chased the woman and threw multiple items at her that caused bleeding and swelling.

Following his arrest, Mullen suspended Watkins, and if these allegations are true, his Florida career will be over before it ever began.

Watkins was arrested earlier this year for trespassing on school property at a high school.
