Incoming 4-star Florida WR Justin Watkins’ career with the Gators may be over before it even starts.

After being arrested for trespassing on school property at a high school, the latest arrest of the freshman is for much more serious reasons.

According to arrest records from Alachua County, Watkins was arrested on four charges — two misdemeanor counts of battery that caused bodily harm, a felony charge of kidnapping and false imprisonment and a felony charge of domestic battery by strangulation.

Bond has yet to be set, so Watkins remains in custody after the incident. Coach Dan Mullen has already made a move though, suspending Watkins from all team activities:

Watkins was the No. 16 receiver in the class of 2018 and the No. 20 overall recruit in the state of Florida, according to the 247Sports composite.
