Martez Ivey, the No. 1 prospect for the 2015 class, will not make his college announcement during the Saturday’s U.S. Army All-American Bowl, according to 247Sports. Ivey told the website that he made his decision earlier this week, but wasn’t sure he if was going to announce in Texas or wait until National Signing Day.

The five-star offensive tackle will postpone his announcement to take more in-home visits. He confirmed to 247Sports that both Auburn and LSU have planned visits and he’s already hosted Florida coach Jim McElwain since his hire earlier this month.

Florida holds an 80 percent advantage in the 247Sports crystal ball predictions, but Auburn has gained momentum since hiring former Gators coach Will Muschamp as its defensive coordinator.

The Apopka, Fla., native has impressive strength and athleticism, which he displayed during The Opening this past July. Ivey was named the offensive line MVP for the event, which helped secure the No. 1 overall ranking.
