Michael Tarquin has found a new home as the former Florida offensive lineman announced a commitment to play in the Pac-12.

Tarquin played in 8 games for the Gators in 2022, and made 7 starts. In 2021, he played in 12 games and started twice, and saw time at both tackle spots. On Friday, he committed to play at Southern Cal.

“I greatly appreciate every coach that has given me another opportunity to play football at their respective school. This being said, I am very excited to announce that I will be furthering my career at The University Of Southern California. Cannot wait to get to work! Fight on!”

Tarquin is from Ocala, Florida and was a former 4-star recruit in the class of 2019. He was considered the No. 22 offensive tackle in the recruiting class. As a freshman, he appeared in 3 games, qualifying for a redshirt. He played in all 10 games in the COVID-shortened season of 2020. He’s now a graduate transfer with the Trojans.
