After spending the 2020 season with the Seahawks, Quinton Dunbar has found a new home in the NFL.

The former Gator has just been announced as the newest signing by the Detroit Lions.

While he played receiver during his four seasons in Gainesville, Dunbar has been making a career playing defensive back in the NFL.

After going undrafted in the 2015 NFL Draft, Dunbar was signed by Washington and made the team after switching to defense.

Since that time, Dunbar has made 31 starts and played in 64 games in the NFL, registering 180 total tackles, 40 pass defenses, 10 interceptions and sack at the game’s highest level.

During his time with Florida, Dunbar made 111 catches for 1,500 yards and eight touchdowns.
