Florida cornerback Jalen Tabor’s draft stock is falling, while teammate Quincy Wilson is the best cornerback in college football, according to one anonymous NFL executive.

“I think Wilson is the best corner in the country. (Teez) Tabor gets all of the hype but Wilson is better in every area.”

LSU and Florida have long argued over who deserves the moniker of “DBU.” With the two teams scheduled to play in Gainesville this weekend, several NFL executives gave their opinions of which defensive backs were the best in Saturday’s game.

Tabor was originally expected to be a first round draft pick prior to the 2016 season. Wilson has garnered praise after nabbing two interceptions, which is second to Tabor among Florida defensive backs, through five games.

NFL.com analyst Daniel Jeremiah added that he was surprised that Tabor didn’t receive any votes due to having ideal size and ball skills. However, he did acknowledge that there is concern about his deep speed among NFL scouts.
