Everyone is (rightfully) talking about Alabama as the class of the SEC.

Next Saturday’s matchup between Alabama and undefeated Texas A&M is being looked at as a game that will likely decide who will eventually become the SEC champion.

But, in the words of Lee Corso, “Not so fast, my friend.”

SEC analyst Paul Finebaum says an SEC East team (other than Tennessee) still has a chance to make the College Football Playoff.

Finebaum, in the video above, says the Gators are a team that could beat Alabama and claim SEC supremacy.

To be fair, Finebaum notes, “They’d have to become a different team than they’ve been so far, but if it runs the table, it will have a shot at Alabama.”

Florida manhandled the Missouri Tigers on Saturday afternoon in a 40-14 victory. The Gators’ next big test will come on Saturday, Oct. 29, when they play the Georgia Bulldogs in Jacksonville.
