Danny Kanell dresses up as ‘the poop ruining Florida State’s season’ for Halloween

Danny Kanell and the Florida State Seminole faithful have had a season to forget in Tallahassee this year. Kanell played his college football at Florida State, and was its biggest supporter when the team was left out of the College Football Playoff last season.
The Seminoles entered this season with the expectations of making it to the CFP, but it has been a major disappointment as they are 1-7 entering this weekend’s game against North Carolina.
One of the funniest social media moments this year was when a Florida State fan said they would eat dog poop if the team lost its opener against Georgia Tech. The Seminoles did lose the game, and the fan deleted all of his social media accounts.
Kanell decided to honor that fan with his Halloween costume choice, as he dressed up as a piece of poop in an apparent “Mr. Hankey” costume.

It has been that type of year for the Seminoles, and Florida State fans are desperately looking for anything positive to cheer about.
Mike Norvell and his team will look for their 2nd win of the season as they host Mack Brown and the North Carolina Tar Heels on Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET and the game will be on the ACC Network. Don’t be surprised if there are a few fans in the crowd in costumes similar to Kanell’s.
