Following a flurry of offseason moves, the Atlanta Falcons may have the team to beat in the NFC South — at least on paper.

If you missed the news last week, the Falcons traded for tight end Hayden Hurst and signed running back Todd Gurley following his release from the Los Angeles Rams. On the other side of the ball, Atlanta also signed defensive end Dante Fowler to a massive contract following his best season to date in the NFL.

After making those moves, the Falcons even gave a special shoutout to the SEC which fans of the league should appreciate.

As if those additions weren’t big enough already, ESPN shared an interesting stat on Monday as the Falcons are currently set to start 10 former first-round picks on offense next season after bringing Hurst and Gurley to Atlanta.

The offense in Atlanta is starting to resemble a Madden franchise team.

Check it out below, as shared by ESPN Stats & Info:

“According to @EliasSports, no team has started 10 first-rounders on offense in the common Draft Era (since 1967).”
