The Georgia Bulldogs have added a non-conference opponent to their 2019-20 schedule, and it should be a fun home-and-home series for fans.

Per a release from the school, the Dawgs will play host to the SMU Mustangs on Dec. 20 of this season.

Then, during the 2020-21 campaign, the Bulldogs will make a trip to Dallas to take on the Mustangs on their home court:

SMU is a program trying to rebuild, having finished the 2018-19 season with a 15-17 record. Georgia is also trying to rebuild under coach Tom Crean after an 11-21 record this past year.

The Mustangs will be a good measuring stick for the Dawgs early this season, so we’ll see if they can pass one of their first tests.
