Georgia rattled? Fans, media question Bulldogs after another slow start

Georgia struggled in the first half against South Carolina in Week 3 then righted the ship, rattling off a pair of touchdowns to win despite a rough start.

It was a lot of the same stuff to start out for Georgia in Week 5 against Auburn. The Tigers and Bulldogs entered the halftime break tied at 10, but this time Georgia didn’t come out with even close to the same energy as they did against USC in Week 3.

In fact, it was Auburn which found the end zone first in the 2nd half. The Tigers ran the ball down Georgia’s throat, forcing Kirby Smart’s squad to make a big play. The Bulldogs failed to do so and Auburn now leads, 17-10 with under 10 to go in the 3rd quarter.

That’s not exactly how championship-caliber teams operate. Georgia seems rattled despite Kirby Smart’s insistence to the contrary. Fans across social media began to take notice following Auburn’s 2nd half score.
