Mitchell didn’t put up massive numbers during his time at Georgia, but he always came up clutch in big moments. Mitchell caught 1 touchdown pass in each of Georgia’s 4 College Football Playoff games over the past 2 seasons.
He also scored in Georgia’s blowout win over Oregon in Week 1 earlier this season. Additionally, he scored in wins over South Carolina and Auburn as a true freshman in 2021.
Mitchell departs Georgia with 38 catches for 588 yards and 7 touchdowns in his career. He missed the majority of the 2022 campaign with an ankle injury.
Mitchell is originally from Missouri City, Texas. He will have 2 years of eligibility remaining at his next destination.
