Joel Klatt of FOX Sports recently previewed all the upcoming bowl action in college football. Among those games is the Orange Bowl which will be played between the Florida State Seminoles and Georgia Bulldogs.

“Both of these teams are disappointed because they’re not in the college football playoff,” explained Klatt. “So, what’s the reaction going to be?”

The Seminoles finished with a perfect 13-0 record but were left out of the College Football Playoff anyway. This move has received a ton of criticism and has even gotten state senators involved.

The Bulldogs finished 12-1 with their only loss coming in the SEC Championship Game against the Alabama Crimson Tide.

“I feel bad for Florida State, but we have a better playoff because they’re not in the playoff,” Klatt declared. “I just don’t see how Florida State, even if they’re engaged, moves the ball against Georgia. Because, even if Georgia’s not engaged, they have recruited so well over the last 4 or 5 years that their depth and youth are incredible.”

Klatt also mentioned that the Seminoles will have several opt-outs on the offensive side of the ball.

The Noles and Bulldogs will kick off from Miami in the Orange Bowl on Dec. 30 at 4 p.m. ET.
