Kirby Smart torched ESPN analyst and former coach Dan Mullen after the game on Saturday.

If you don’t know, Mullen made headlines earlier Saturday after he picked the Florida Gators to pull off the upset over the Georgia Bulldogs. Not only did Mullen predict an upset, but he also said that Georgia should not be in the top 4 of the College Football Playoff rankings. The first reveal comes on Tuesday night.

After Georgia thoroughly destroyed Florida, Smart mentioned the fact that people had picked against his Bulldogs.

“Where’s that comin’ from?” asked Smart. “(Mullen is) supposed to be my friend. He didn’t like to recruit, though.”

For what it’s worth, Mullen’s classes ranked inside of the top 15 in all 3 of his seasons at Florida. However, Mullen indeed seems to be enjoying his analyst job as opposed to being on the road recruiting.

Smart was feeling good considering his team just won another conference game in blowout fashion. The Bulldogs improved to 5-0 in SEC play and 8-0 overall. The next test for Smart’s team will be at home against the No, 16 Missouri Tigers.

It will be interesting to see if Mullen finally includes Georgia in his top 4 after another dominating win.
