LOOK: Georgia hosts son of longtime NFL QB for visit
Former NFL QB Jeff George spent 12 years in the NFL, playing for the Indianapolis Colts, Atlanta Falcons, Oakland Raiders, Minnesota Vikings and Washington Redskins.
One of his sons — Jeff George Jr. — played for Illinois (his father’s alma mater) before transferring to Michigan and eventually landing with Pitt for the 2018 season.
Now, it appears another of George’s sons, Jayden George, is spending this weekend in Athens with the Georgia Bulldogs. Jayden posted about his visit on Twitter:
Had an awesome visit at the University of Georgia this weekend!!! Thank you Coach Smart @KirbySmartUGA and Coach Coley @CoachColey for having me! pic.twitter.com/QuSmzr4DoU

After losing former 5-star QB Justin Fields this offseason, the Bulldogs brought back former walk-on Stetson Bennett, but they’re still looking to add depth to their quarterback room.
George, a 2019 quarterback, has yet to be ranked by any of the major recruiting services. The Indiana native doesn’t have any Division I offers at the moment, per 247Sports, so perhaps Georgia is targeting him as a preferred walk-on.
