Report: Georgia pushes 2018 non-conference game back a year

Published:
Georgia was supposed to play a non-conference football game against Murray State during the 2018 season, but that has reportedly been changed.
According to OnlineAthens.com, the game will now be played on either Aug. 31 or Sept. 7.
However, the new agreement comes with a caveat, according to the report — if the teams can’t agree on a new date by March 31 of this year, the agreement can be terminated without penalty.
Murray State would complete Georgia’s 2019 non-conference schedule, which already includes games against Arkansas State, Notre Dame and Georgia Tech.
