After years of wearing No. 3 at Georgia and No. 30 with the Los Angeles Rams, Todd Gurley is switching it up again for the 2020 season. The Bulldog great and new Atlanta Falcon shared Friday on social media that he’ll be wearing No. 21 in his sixth NFL season.

Gurley tweeted “2️⃣1️⃣ #RiseUp ⚫️🔴” to caption a graphic showing him wearing one of the team’s new red jerseys.

Gurley’s return to the Peach State after five seasons with the Rams franchise in St. Louis (2015) and Los Angeles (2016-19) has been celebrated on social media by both the Falcons and Bulldogs with plenty of posts featuring highlights and hype videos.

In his pro career, Gurley has played in 73 games, starting 72, carrying the ball 1,265 times for 5,404 yards and 58 touchdowns along with 218 receptions for 2,090 yards and 12 touchdowns.
