Brad Underwood and the No. 17 Illinois Fighting Illini suffered an ugly home loss to Penn State on Saturday morning, falling to the Nittany Lions by the lopsided score of 74-59.

Transfer Terrence Shannon Jr., who came to Illinois via Texas Tech, has been a leader for the team all year.

But it’s safe to say Underwood wasn’t a fan of Shannon’s leadership on Saturday. When asked a question about Shannon in the postgame interview, Underwood made a fart noise into the microphone:

That noise says more than 1,000 words ever could. Shannon, for the record, finished the game with 4 points, 3 rebounds and a block — one of his worst efforts of the year.

How will he respond to his coach’s criticism? We’ll see what happens for the Illini next after an awful 0-2 start in Big Ten play.
