On the same night that Kentucky manhandled No. 1 Tennessee, former Cats player Hamidou Diallo won the Slam Dunk Contest.
Let me rephrase that — he just didn’t win it; Diallo may have had the best dunk in the history of the event.
Diallo jumped over Shaquille O’Neal while wearing a Superman shirt and hung on the rim with his elbow.
It’s a dunk you have to see to believe:
Diallo played at Kentucky in 2017-18, and he was drafted in the second round (45th overall) by the Brooklyn Nets. He was then traded to the Hornets and finally the Thunder, where he currently plays.
