Kentucky’s 2021 recruiting class is filling up quickly as Mark Stoops’ program has secured its 17th pledge of the current recruiting cycle thanks to Ohio native, Jamarius Dinkins.

The Walnut Ridge High School standout from Columbus, Ohio announced his commitment to Kentucky on Thursday evening.

The 6-foot-6, 255-pound Dinkins is rated as a three-star prospect, the nation’s No. 43 strongside defensive end, and the No. 24 overall prospect from the state of Ohio in the 2021 recruiting cycle according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.

Dinkins commits to Kentucky over scholarship offers from Michigan State, West Virginia and Virginia, among others.
