Will Levis is one of the most experienced quarterbacks in the SEC, and Kentucky has put out a feature to honor the veteran QB.

As Kentucky is featured at SEC Media Days on Wednesday, UK put out a 21-minute feature about Levis called, “QB1: The Will Levis Story.” The piece covers Levis’ northeast roots, including interviews with his parents, Mike and Beth, and goes through his childhood and time as a high schooler playing football.

Levis is a 6-foot-3, 232-pound senior from Madison, Connecticut, and set to begin his second year at Kentucky. He had an impressive debut season for the Wildcats after transferring from Penn State in 2021. The team captain was named to the Davey O’Brien QB Class of 2021, the Davey O’Brien Award Great 8 List after accounting for Kentucky’s first 5 touchdowns in the Wildcats’ 42-21 win over LSU and he earned the Manning Star of the Week twice last season. He also was a two-time FBS National Offensive Player of the Week (vs. LSU and Louisville) and a two-time College Football Performance Awards National Performer of the Week honorable mention (vs. LSU and Louisville).

In 13 games, he completed 233 of 353 passes for 2,827 yards and 24 scores, while rushing for 376 yards and nine touchdowns. His 24 TD passes were the most since Andre’ Woodson had 40 in 2007. He totaled 3,202 yards of total offense, the seventh player in school history to reach 3,000 yards of total offense in a season.
