Wednesday is a big day in the college football world, as it is National Signing Day. The recruits that teams have been chasing for months make their decisions on where they are going to play college football.

Kentucky has done a pretty good job during this recruiting period getting some talented players such as Cutter Boley and Brock Vandagriff.

Boley is a 4-star recruit, according to the 247Sports Composite, and a big in-state get for coach Mark Stoops, who spoke about his new quarterbacks being officially in the fold. Boley has a “very contagious personality” that helped Stoops recruit other players.

Any time you can get a big time recruit, it is going to make it easier to recruit other good players. While Boley is a talented quarterback who is coming to Kentucky, he isn’t the only one.

Brock Vandagriff, who played his first 3 college seasons at Georgia, committed to Kentucky in recent days, and Stoops made his first comments about the former 5-star. What stands out about Vandagriff, according to coach Stoops, is his love for college football. Vandagriff would be fine “locked in a film room for hours” with offensive coordinator Liam Coen, Stoops said.

The Wildcats recruiting class is currently ranked No. 32 in the country in the composite rankings, and No. 14 in the transfer class. The recruiting class ranks 11th in the SEC, while the transfer class ranks 5th in the conference.
