The Calipari family was supposed to have a special reunion on Friday of this week, as Detroit Mercy — Brad Calipari’s team — was set to play in a multi-team event hosted by John Calipari and the Kentucky Wildcats.
However, that reunion will have to be put on hold due to some COVID-19 news on Monday night.
Per Detroit Mercy’s Twitter page, the Titans have to pull out of the event after a support staffer tested positive for the virus:

That game was scheduled to take place on Friday, Nov. 27. Kentucky is still scheduled to play Morehead State on Wednesday, Nov. 25, and Richmond on Sunday, Nov. 29. We’ll see if the Wildcats can find a new team to fill Detroit Mercy’s spot in the 4-team MTE.
