Will Levis sees odds skyrocket among sportsbooks to go No. 1 overall

Will Levis continues to be one of the more intriguing prospects in the NFL Draft, and the Kentucky quarterback has added another layer of interest.
Sportsbooks, including DraftKings, have noted that Levis’ odds to go No. 1 overall in the draft have dropped significantly from +4000 to +400. Already the favorite to be the No. 2 overall pick of the Texans, Levis is now in the crosshairs to be taken by the Panthers, according to oddsmakers.
The movement apparently traces to a Reddit post that claims Levis is telling friends and family that the Panthers have told him he’ll be the top pick. And so the line movement could be a reaction to that news, which would have people putting heavy action on Levis.
It’s an example of the value of inside information, and the potential harm that can be done by misinformation.
This follows a report from Peter Schrager, who said last week that Levis could go 4th overall to the Colts.
