One of the biggest goals of fall camp is to keep everyone healthy. You don’t want to enter your first game of a season banged up.
On Wednesday, LSU coach Ed Orgeron revealed some bad news for the Tigers’ defense, saying a starting defensive lineman was injured.
Per Coach O during a radio appearance with WWL SportsTalk, senior DL Glen Logan suffered an injury doing some drills and will miss some time:

Whether or not Logan will be ready for Week 1 is unclear based on Orgeron’s statement, but this is a definite setback for the LSU defense.
In 4 years at LSU, Logan has recorded 99 tackles (9 for a loss) and 6 sacks.
