Ed Orgeron sends inquiries to SEC office about calls in LSU-Alabama game
Ed Orgeron said he usually doesn’t petition the SEC office to review calls.
He’s changing that trend this week.
LSU’s interim coach said during a Monday news conference that he is sending inquiries to league officials about calls made during the No. 19 Tigers’ 10-0 loss to No. 1 Alabama last Saturday.
"I think there were some very questionable things that happened," O said of sending some inquiries to SEC office. "I usually don't do that."

Orgeron says he hopes to get an "interpretation" and "explanation" from the SEC on several calls or no-calls vs. #Bama. #LSU

Orgeron is most likely referring to Crimson Tide quarterback Jalen Hurts’ fourth-quarter touchdown scramble the broke a scoreless tie. Replay appears to show several instances of holding or blocks in the back of LSU players, which sprung the 21-yard touchdown on a critical third-and-9.
Here's Hurts' TD run and then in slow mo. This is a play #LSU will likely send to the SEC office, if it hasn't already done so. pic.twitter.com/PSQ3Ohtb7k

The one TD in the #LSU–#Bama game didn't come without controversy.
