Former LSU teammates Leonard Fournette and Deion Jones crossed paths on Sunday when the Jacksonville Jaguars played at the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday. Jones’ Falcons won the game 24-12, but it was Fournette doing some postgame ribbing on social media.
Fournette saw a clip of a run where he got the better of Jones and tagged his former Tiger teammate, writing “Sending a quick prayer for @debo ankles 😂😂😂😂😂😂 ”

Jones didn’t let Fournette’s teasing go unanswered:

Fournette probably doesn’t appreciate the zinger about his weight, but judging by all the laughing emojis, it’s safe to assume these two are just having some fun and we don’t have another Fournette-Jamal Adams situation on our hands.
As for the boxscore, Fournette finished with 15 carries for 71 yards along with 3 catches for 34 yards. Jones recorded with 3 total tackles (2 solo) and a pass defended.
