Former SEC wide receivers are all over the NFL, and one of them is turning heads this season.
The NFL announced that Minnesota Vikings WR Justin Jefferson, a former LSU star, leads all players in Pro Bowl votes. There isn’t a game this year, but players will be recognized and there be skills events. Jefferson has 72,403 votes to 69,679 for Patrick Mahomes and 68,936 for Saquon Barkley.
Jefferson is having an incredible season, and it was highlighted 2 weeks ago with his circus catch in the win over the Buffalo Bills. It was a fourth-and-18 pass from Kirk Cousins and he caught the ball by leaping backward, then secured the ball with 1 hand and wrestled for possession with the defender in Buffalo.

With 4,109 receiving yards in 43 games, he needs only 55 more to pass Hall of Fame member Randy Moss for the most in a player’s first 3 seasons. Moss had 4,163 receiving yards in 48 games.
