By halftime of the Peach Bowl, it was clear that LSU was going to cruise to victory and advance to the College Football Playoff National Championship.

How lopsided was the CFP semifinal matchup? Well, one Tigers offensive lineman didn’t even wait until after the game to start tweeting.

Before LSU sealed its 63-28 victory over Oklahoma, Tigers redshirt senior Adrian Magee hopped on Twitter to thank former LSU running Derrius Guice for his support. Guice, who now plays for the Washington Redskins, had tweeted that the Tigers’ offense is the best in college football history.

Then, Magee, while his team was leading 49-14 at the break, replied to Guice:

That goes to show just how dominant LSU’s victory over Oklahoma was. The Tigers’ offense had a record-breaking performance to advance to the national championship game, where they’ll play either Ohio State or Clemson on Jan. 13 in New Orleans.

Magee has been a big part of LSU’s offensive success, as he’s started every game for the Tigers this season. He’s also been versatile, as he’s played at left tackle, left guard and right tackle during his career at LSU.

The Tigers may have a more difficult matchup when they play for the national title. But on Saturday, it was all fun for them, as evidenced by Magee’s halftime tweet.
