Ja’Marr Chase couldn’t catch anything this preseason. Almost every ball that came his way ended up hitting the turf.

However, in Week 1 against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, Chase caught 5 passes for 101 yards and a touchdown.

Asked on Wednesday if he had a message for his critics, Chase said he wants to tell them to “enjoy the show”:

If Chase’s drop issues are indeed a thing of the past, that’s great news for Joe Burrow and the Bengals’ offense.

He now has 1 big game under his belt. We’ll see if he can keep putting up big numbers as his rookie season goes on.
