Jarrick Bernard-Converse, a strong addition to LSU last season from Oklahoma State, has announced plans for next season.

The senior from Shreveport, Louisiana thanked God, his family, teammates at OSU and LSU, and added, “thank you for making me the player and person I am today. I am happy to confirm I will be entering the 2023 NFL Draft.”

Bernard-Converse appeared in 13 games this past season, and started 9 of them. He made 44 tackles, and 5 pass breakups, along with 2 interceptions.

He was born in Baton Rouge, but at OSU, Bernard-Converse started 47 consecutive games in 4 years for the Cowboys and finished his Cowboys career appearing in 51 games with 216 tackles, 7.0 tackles for loss and 5 sacks. He also had 23 pass breakups and a pair of interceptions.

The team went 35-16 with four bowl appearances, including the 2022 Fiesta Bowl, during his time in Stillwater.
