Justin Jefferson made Vikings history Sunday afternoon during Minnesota’s hard-fought loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The 24-year-old surpassed Randy Moss for the most games with 150+ receiving yards in NFL history dating back to 1950. Moss, of course, played for Minnesota during the first half of his NFL career.

And with a 9 reception, 150-yard performance against Tampa, Jefferson now has 9 such games prior to his 25th birthday.

That’s impressive stuff:

It’s not crazy to say LSU may have produced both of the top wide receivers in the league right now.

Jefferson is likely No. 1 and there’s an argument to be made that Ja’Marr Chase out of Cincinnati is No. 2, though Tyreek Hill might have something to say about that. Either way, both former LSU WRs are young and have good quarterbacks at the helm, especially in Chase’s case with… former LSU QB Joe Burrow.

And all 3 of them were on that 2019 LSU squad.
