NBA greats Karl Malone and John Stockton, considered one of the best teammate combinations in basketball history, reunited this weekend at the Auburn-LSU game.

The Hall of Famers were there to support LSU, the team that Malone’s son, K.J. Malone, is a fifth-year senior offensive lineman. But the younger Malone wore a knee brace on Saturday and didn’t play in the win over Auburn. A picture of Malone and Stockton using their flip phones received a friendly jab from Malone’s wife, Kay, on Instagram.

Malone, also known as “The Mailman,” is the second-leading scorer in NBA history, and Stockton is the NBA’s career leader in assists and steals. Malone scored more points than anybody other than Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. But many of those points came from assists by Stockton, who collected 15,806 assists.
