The Buffalo Bills traded up in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft to select Wyoming QB Josh Allen, and now Allen will compete with former Alabama QB AJ McCarron for the starting job.

Former LSU S Jamal Adams, now with the New York Jets, hopes Allen wins the job, and trolled the incoming rookie on Twitter after the draft.

As you can see below, one Jets fan tweeted that he couldn’t wait to see Allen firing passes to Adams the two times the Bills and Jets meet every year:

Adams quoted that tweet and echoed the sentiment, saying he can’t wait to be out there catching passes from the Buffalo rookie:

As mentioned above, Allen still has to beat out McCarron for the job, but if he wins it, Adams will be waiting, ready to pounce on any inaccurate throws.
