LOOK: LSU fan comes away with incredible souvenir after storming the field

When fans storm the field, generally the goalposts are the targets for mayhem, with people eager to tear them down.
However, LSU protected its goalposts after a huge win over Georgia on Saturday afternoon, leaving fans looking for other souvenirs.
One fan left the stadium with a very unique piece of memorabilia. As you can see below, one lucky man snagged the down marker from the field:

That will definitely be a conversation starter in his house or dorm room — assuming LSU doesn’t track him down to get the piece of equipment back.
If he does get away with it, though, that’s something he’ll appreciate for years to come.
