This year, it was announced that LSU basketball player Daryl Edwards was leaving the Tigers and exploring his graduate transfer options.
Now, it seems the 6-3 guard has made his decision, and it is an interesting one, to say the least.
Per reporter Jon Rothstein, Edwards has committed to Nevada — the current No. 12 team in the country (one spot above LSU, ironically):
Sources: LSU grad transfer Daryl Edwards has committed to Nevada. Immediately eligible in 19-20. Averaged 6.8 PPG last season.

Edwards appeared in nine games for the Tigers in 2018-19, averaging 4.4 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.2 assists per contest. Last season, he played in 32 games (starting 16), averaging 6.8 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.3 assists.
He’ll be eligible to play right away for the Wolf Pack, who should be exciting offensively once again in 2019-20.
