LSU has added a fourth captain.

Wide receiver Malik Nabers was announced as the captain of the offense for Saturday’s game against New Mexico.

Nabers will join season-long captains Ali Gaye, B.J. Ojulari and Mike Jones II. The sophomore had a rough start to the season when he muffed two punts in the opener against Florida State. But Nabers has bounced back nicely. He had three catches for 81 yards and a touchdown against Southern and six catches for 76 yards against Mississippi State — both LSU victories.

He has 14 catches for 199 yards and a touchdown this season.
