That constitutes "the big guns"

While Mathieu was dismissed in 2012, it appears coach Ed Orgeron is hoping he can bring some luck to the team as an ex-Tiger who has defeated Alabama. Mathieu was on the 2011 squad that that won “The Game of the Century” a 9-6 victory for LSU in Tuscaloosa. He was also on the 2010 squad that last beat the Crimson Tide in Tiger Stadium.
Mathieu and fellow former LSU DB Patrick Peterson both have this weekend off with the Arizona Cardinals on a bye. Deion Jones is free on Saturday with the Atlanta Falcons playing Tampa Bay on Thursday night.
Marshall, who played 12 seasons in the NFL (1983-94), was part of a memorable Tigers victory over the Tide in 1982 that snapped a 12-game Alabama winning streak.
