The first family of LSU long snappers continue their strong legacy in the NFL as Reid Ferguson recently landed a contract extension.

The former LSU standout has been a member of the Bills dating back to the 2016 NFL season and that will continue for several seasons to come as Buffalo recently announced a three-year contract extension through 2024 with Ferguson.

Ferguson has not missed a game for four straight seasons in Buffalo.

Prior to excelling in the NFL, Ferguson did the same for LSU as he started four seasons as the program’s long snapper, appearing in a total of 51 games during his college career.

When his college career came to an end, he was replaced in the lineup in Batou Rouge by his younger brother, Blake Ferguson.
