WATCH: Midseason form? Breiden Fehoko looking good as he returns from injury
The tackling dummies on the LSU practice fields were in for a tough Monday as Breiden Fehoko stepped up like a heavyweight champion.
Fehoko is working to come back from a left biceps injury suffered against Georgia, which cut short his 2018 season. During workouts, according to this video from Cody Worsham, it appears he’s rounding into midseason form early in the preseason.
Fehoko, a native of Hawaii, introduced SEC fans to the Haka dance a year ago during his walks to the stadium, especially with family members outside of Victory Hall.
The 6-foot-2, 291-pound defensive lineman has surprising quickness for his size. He made 16 tackles last season with 1.5 sacks, and forms a formidable combination with Rashard Lawrence as a pass rushing duo.
